THE BRIEF

Every room, with its own light

A piano room, a cinema room, studies, en-suite bedrooms and a gym, spread over three floors. Each space has its own dimmable lighting, climate and motors, controlled from push buttons, touch panels or a mobile phone.

A weather station measures the light on each façade to move the shutters and blackout blinds. The intruder alarm is integrated into the bus by area, and holiday mode simulates presence when the house is empty.

Piano room and cinema room with dimmable cove lighting, blackout blinds, motorised curtains and sheers; kitchen with dimmable lighting, laundry room and WC with motorised windows.

First floor

Master bedroom with motorised curtains and climate-controlled bathroom, and two suites with their own study, each with its own thermostat, shutters and roller blinds.

Basement

Gym with RGB lighting and motorised window, bedroom and study with their own climate.

Outdoors

Pool terrace with dimmable lighting, garden, façades on all three floors, entrance and outdoor sliding gate with timed opening.
