THE BRIEF

A seafront house that runs itself

The adjustable-slat shutters move with the light each façade receives, east, south or west, and retract in rain or wind. Climate is regulated room by room over underfloor heating and air, and the pool is filtered and heated without intervention.

Day and night scenes, arrive, leave and holiday modes, optional voice control and panels in Spanish and English for each owner.

Living-dining-kitchen with slatted shutters on windows and doors, dimmable and perimeter lighting, underfloor heating and air with boost grille; laundry room and WC with their own climate.

First and second floors

Three bedrooms, each with its own thermostat and shutter; the master bedroom adds dimmable LED lighting and a shutter in the bathroom as well.

Basement

Lounge and gym, each with its own shutter, underfloor heating and air.

Outdoors and plant

Solarium, patio, sunken courtyard and terrace; pool with filtration, heat pump and waterfall; domestic hot water with recirculation and air renewal units.
