THE BRIEF

A building that manages itself

Two floors with very different uses: offices, meeting rooms and server room upstairs; showroom, cafeteria, dining rooms, outlet and garage downstairs. Each zone switches on according to presence and daylight, and two façade sensors provide the outdoor light level.

Climate and air renewal are enabled by zone, a weather station monitors wind, temperature and light, and the building supervises the mains supply, the generator, the UPS and the rack temperature, with phone alerts if anything fails.
