Four shutters with a master control, dimmable lighting in the living room and over the dining table, underfloor heating and fan-coil air.

Master bedroom

Three shutters (including the bathroom one), dimmable ceiling and entrance lights, independent bedside lights and underfloor heating in bedroom and bathroom.

Bedrooms 2 to 4

Shutter and underfloor heating with its own thermostat in each; the bedroom air conditioning is governed as one zone.

Plant

Altherma heat pump with DHW tank, recirculation pump and outdoor temperature probe. Central functions: all lights, all shutters and all climate.
