THE BRIEF

Every home, tailored to its owner

Four blocks of ten homes on a slope, with terraces exposed to sun and wind. Each installation has been customised for its owner.

A weather station measures light on the east, south and west façades, as well as wind and rain: the terrace awnings retract on their own when needed, and roller blinds and shutters are governed room by room or all at once.

Lighting for living room, dining area, island and kitchen units; dimmable living room; roller blinds with a master control; air with boost grille and an awning on the kitchen terrace.

Bedrooms

Three bedrooms, each with its own thermostat, shutter and roller blind; the master bedroom adds dimmable perimeter lighting and a separately climate-controlled bathroom.

Shared areas

Gallery, entrance and shared bathroom with presence-controlled lighting and underfloor heating in the WC.

Outdoors and plant

Terraces with perimeter, lounge and rear area lighting, garden and roof terrace; main water solenoid valve and holiday mode.
