What are your rights when you give us your data?

Everyone has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether we are processing personal data concerning them. In this regard, you have the right to request:

Access: confirmation as to whether or not your data is being processed, and detailed information about certain aspects of the processing.
Rectification: the correction of inaccurate personal data or the completion of incomplete data.
Erasure: the deletion of your personal data, within the limits set by law.
Restriction of processing: that the processing of your personal data be restricted.
Objection: in certain circumstances and on grounds relating to your particular situation, to object to the processing of your data. We will stop processing it, except for compelling legitimate grounds or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
Portability: to receive the personal data you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and to transmit it to another controller.
