THE BRIEF

One system for the whole house

Lighting, climate, shutters, sound and security in a single gesture. One system governs the entire home: no app for each brand and no loose remote controls around the house.

Because it is KNX, the installation does not depend on a single manufacturer or on an app that may disappear tomorrow: it can be extended in phases and repaired twenty years from now. The ETS programming is fully documented.

Living areas

The living-kitchen, lounge and hobby room each have their own climate zone. The entrance and study add an RGB display.

Bedrooms

The master bedroom and bedrooms 1 to 3, each with its own thermostat and a separately climate-controlled bathroom. All five bedrooms have an RGB display.

Leisure and outdoors

Gym, spa, barbecue, dining terrace and pool: audio, climate and 10 filtration and overflow circuits.

Technical areas

Garage, laundry room, storeroom and the climate and pool plant rooms, with 15 leak detectors distributed throughout the house.
