THE BRIEF

Every unit, as the guest likes it

Eight guest units with living-dining-kitchen, three bedrooms, pool and terrace. In each one, lighting, roller blinds, shutters, awnings and climate are governed from push buttons in every room, with general functions to switch off or retract everything at once.

Climate is zoned, with a thermostat in the living room and bedrooms and motorised grilles that open and close the air supply to each room. The pool filtration system, the back gate with timed opening and the IP video intercom are also integrated.

INTEGRATED ROOMS

Living-dining-kitchen

Six lighting circuits, including the LED strip on the worktop and island, seven motorised roller blinds and climate with thermostat and humidity probe.

Bedrooms

Master bedroom and two further bedrooms, each with shutter, roller blind, thermostat and motorised grille. The master bedroom adds an awning and the bathroom and wardrobe lighting.

Shared areas

Hall, staircase with bollard lights, corridor and WCs, with switching from push buttons on each floor and temperature reading in the corridor.

Outdoors

Front and rear entrances, pool with spotlights, terrace, tower and pergola awnings on the porch; pool filtration and back gate governed from the bus.
