Four stepped floors facing the sea with 155 lighting points, 35 shutters, motorised windows, underfloor heating in 17 zones, sauna, jacuzzi and fingerprint access, all on a single KNX system.

THE BRIEF

Light, sun and sea, under control

A villa stepped over four floors, opening onto the sea through large windows. Indoor lighting is dimmed via DALI room by room, and outdoor lighting traces terraces, gardens and bollards on every level.

The shutters, awnings and motorised windows respond to a weather station with a rain sensor, and the arrive, leave, wake-up and dusk scenes prepare the house with a single press.

Lounge, living room and dining-kitchen with front and side shutters, motorised windows in the living room, dining room and kitchen, awnings on the terrace and underfloor heating by room.

First floor

Master bedroom with dressing room, motorised curtains and bathroom with sauna; second bedroom with bathroom, hall, utility room and outdoor jacuzzi with motorised cover.

Second floor

Two bedrooms with bathroom and terrace, corridor and gym, each with its own underfloor heating zone.

Entrance and outdoors
