THE BRIEF

47 homes, 47 projects

Every home has comprehensive home automation: lighting, climate, shutters and roller blinds, technical alarms, intruder alarm and pool, governed by a single KNX system and designed for its own layout.

The community has an IP video intercom linked to the home-automation panels: each owner sees and answers the call from the panels in their own home, and opens the street or garage gate from the same system.

Living-dining-kitchen

Lighting scenes for sofas, dining area, kitchen and island; dimmable perimeter lighting; shutters and roller blinds with a master control; underfloor heating and air with boost grille.

Bedrooms

Five bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Separate thermostats in bedroom and bathroom, shutter and roller blind, and presence-controlled bathroom lighting.

Living and leisure areas

Lounge, gym, WCs and laundry room with their own climate; presence sensors in the WCs and entrance.

Outdoors and plant

Terraces, solarium, barbecue, garden, fountain and pond; pool with filtration, heating, motorised cover and RGB lighting; main water solenoid valve, air renewal units and consumption metering.
