With presence detectors in hallways and passageways, consumption in those areas drops to a minimum. Light sensors adjust artificial lighting to the daylight coming into each room, and a general switch-off when you leave the house avoids lights being left on.
In KNX installations, DALI dimming lets you control each light fitting individually: brightness, colour temperature and scenes, all from the same switches and touch panels that run the rest of the home.
